MALIBU PCH ESTATE
In 1943, six acres of oceanfront property at Latigo Point were purchased from Marblehead Land Co. They soon added adjacent property, bringing the total to eleven and one-half acres, covering most of the high ground above Latigo Shore Drive. Two houses were eventually constructed: first, a 1,840 square foot guesthouse completed in 1947; and second, a grand 6,000 square foot, three-story brick main house completed in 1971. A beach house, caretaker’s cottage, manicured gardens, statuary, fountains, and a waterfall were later added to the property.
The PCH Estate has been used as a location for hundreds of films and TV shows & commands a sweeping view of the Pacific’s ever-changing moods. About half the property is manicured gardens, replete with statuary and fountains and features lush, mature gardens and grounds, unmatched in the area. The ceremony & reception sites feature a dramatic 360-degree ocean and mountain view The property is only 20 minutes to Santa Monica.
Facility Fee:(subject to change) $35,000 . Up to 350 guests fit comfortably.
