NAPA VALLEY RANCH
This marvelous private vineyard estate with peaceful grounds and lush landscaping is nestled in an idyllic country setting in the heart of Napa Valley. Go back in time as you enter the Ranch Estate, built by Du Pont heiress and silent movie actress Lenore Sterns. Sweeping lawns, accented by 400 year old Valley Oaks, the Pool Pavilion and “Garden Rooms” provide the perfect setting for outdoor entertainment from gentile intimate gatherings to grand scale events. The charming estate home and guest cottages accommodate family and friends if desired.
Facility Fee: $13,500 - $22,000 (pricing will depend on overnight guest accommodations). Up to 200 guests fit comfortably.
Food: Select from a preferred list of caterers
Beverages: Minimum wine purchase required of ½ bottle per person. Additional wine may be brought in. Hard Liquor is Ok under caterer supervision.
Music: Band or DJ Amplified music until 10pm within noise parameters
Notes: This estate is newly remodeled with two guest houses. Valet and security are required. There is an additional fee for rental setup & breakdown ($1500.00 per day).
