Wedding Planning & Design:
- unlimited staff hours on planning and design of your wedding by Sasha Souza Events & their team
- up to 6 face to face meetings to discuss the design, production & coordination of your event
- unlimited email support & phone consultations with Sasha Souza & her team of planners
- we attend the food tasting, floral design meeting & cake tasting with you
- create inspiration boards, style sheets, design layout and event overview and color story for the event
- assistance locating the perfect event site with a customized property search
- designing of the flow and layout of your wedding ceremony and reception
- up to 2 walkthroughs of the event site to accommodate your personal requests for design
- 2D cad drawings & visual color boards of your ceremony & reception elements
- detailed color renderings of centerpieces, ceremony and cakes to bring your wedding vision to life
- management of estimated wedding expenditure and creation of a detailed budget
- access to our Destination Management Coordinator for guest lodging arrangements
Wedding Vendor Referral
- assistance with your menu planning using caterers to suit your tastes and requests
- floral meeting with our exclusive in-house designer who will help design your décor and flowers
- customized cake design session and tasting appointment with our amazing baker
- original concepts for event mood created by our lighting design team
- unlimited referrals for all additional services as required for the wedding
- assistance in designing & coordinating all printed items… invitations, programs, place cards & menus
- payment schedule and reminders for final wrap up
- monthly reminders and status checks regarding the planning of your wedding
- from supervision of setup through tear down, Sasha Souza Events is onsite for your wedding (approx. 17 hours)
Wedding Day Coordination:
- confirmation with vendors to ensure everything is in place for your wedding
- distribute final payments to vendors & direct vendor load in and load out for event
- creation of a detailed wedding logistics timeline & schematic to be distributed to the vendors
- organization of the ceremony processional and recessional & instruct attendants of their duties
- coordinate with the vendors throughout the event to ensure everything is on time
- final wrap up of gifts & personal items and delivering to the bridal suite or to designated driver/car
- use of our comprehensive emergency kit in case of unexpected needs
