Sasha Souza Events was first established in 1995 and specializes in full service wedding and event design. Today, Sasha Souza Events is a Master Bridal Consultant, a distinguished member of the Association of Bridal Consultants (ABC). Sasha Souza Events is a boutique company offering their expertise to under 20 full service events per calendar year thereby eliminating the couple from feeling as if they are one of fifty or more couples being serviced by the event planner.

In 2004, Sasha Souza was honored by Modern Bride Magazine as one of the top 25 trendsetters in the wedding industry... being included with top industry pros such as Colin Cowie Lifestyle, Preston Bailey Event Design, Ron Ben-Israel Cakes & Jane Packard Flowers. She was also asked by Antonia van der Meer, the editor of Modern Bride Magazine, to take on a role in the prestigious Modern Bride Advisory Panel which continues today. Being considered among the top event design & coordination companies in the nation is a great honor and Sasha Souza always strives to create unique, fun and interesting events for the guests to experience.

In 2005, Sasha Souza was the the chair & host of the Special Event show wedding luncheon in Miami Beach, Florida which is sponsored by Special Events Magazine and Primedia Event Services. Sasha's designs were featured for over 700 event planners who attended the show to see what is upcoming and trendy in today's wedding industry. She was also a featured event planner on the Style Network TV show "Whose Wedding is it Anyway???". Sasha Souza is also a featured celebrity speaker at the Conde Nast Bridal Group's Wedding March series part of the March on Madison series of Total Bridal Luxury Weekends. The event features an elite list of celebrity speakers including Preston Bailey, David Tutera, Sylvia Weinstock & the editors of Brides and Modern Bride Magazines. The upcoming years offer opportunities such as working with Grand Lido resorts in Jamaica to create "Sasha Souza Inspired" weddings for couples being married at the resort. OWNER, SASHA SOUZA

Growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sasha Souza was raised by a flower-child mom who encouraged her daughter's flair for the dramatic. Cultivating a background in the theater arts, Sasha emerged as a businesswoman with a gift for theatrical styling and, after helping numerous friends and family members plan their weddings, she opened her first event design firm called The Whole Shebang!. Today she is an event scholar, designing events and weddings the same way a Broadway producer approaches a play — she makes sure that the stars shine and the audience/guests always go home wanting more.

EVENT COORDINATOR, MELLYSA LEVY Mellysa Levy brings a fresh, young, cutting-edge attitude to Sasha Souza Events. Mellysa has a keen eye for style as well as an extensive background in catering and special event rentals. Mellysa previously worked at Jessica McClintock Corporate Headquarters, one of San Francisco’s most well known bridal and special event clothing companies, where she gained invaluable knowledge as a bridal specialist. With her forte in visual and costume design and impeccable client relations, Mellysa brings her up beat personality, go getting attitude and customer service skills to Sasha Souza Events. Mellysa is imperative in handling the day to day operations of the company as well as management of the event day & design of the setup.
