Corporate Event Planner

As a corporate event planner assisting a magazine with one of their spotlight events during a conference, we transformed a ballroom into a 700 seat showpiece featuring the decor and design reminiscent of the different seasons.  The course of the event featured a fashion show on an underlit stage & catwalk, a water wall showing video footage and a well-known keynote speaker.  Hosted in a Miami Beach hotel which was transformed for the attendees including a lounge, underlit catwalk, water video wall, take home treats and draping decor.

We traveled across the country as the event planner for this event which was the largest showcasing event of this corporate conference.
