There are so many different events you can plan surrounding your wedding – everything from traditional rehearsal dinners to fun boozy brunches, welcome dinners surrounded by vines, bike trips to various wineries, and custom wine blending experiences.  When it comes to Napa event planning, we have planned everything from a food truck roundup to an 8 course seated meal prepared by a Michelin starred chef, which shows that the possibilities are endless and there is no right or wrong way to plan the events surrounding your wedding day.  Some of our clients allow their guests to make all their own plans for the days surrounding the wedding and only have very close friends and family at the additional events; however, there are a lot more clients who want everybody who has traveled from near and far to spend time celebrating with them the entire weekend.

The one thing to always think about is how much time you may want to spend alone – if you’re going on a long honeymoon after the wedding, you may want to plan many different types of activities and we can help find the right mix of fun, education, and delicious food and wine that will fit your crowd perfectly.
